  • Provided a prioritized roadmap to achieve business critical synergies over a 12-month period and a forecast of prioritized efforts beyond based on EBITDA improvement potential
  • Created a 26-week playbook and a heat map of critical areas of focus based on a COBIT framework for the new CIO to use
