  • Created a checklist of integration tasks including responsible party, timing, and status of completion for three add on businesses
  • Completed variable cost analysis and identified which costs should be factored into job pricing for the company and their recently acquired businesses
  • Created margin reporting that identified performance across customers, industries, territories, etc.
  • Provided go-forward recommendations for pricing and business policies / minimums

Results

  • Successfully integrated three residential businesses into the company’s platform, leading to an $350k increase in revenue, and $53k EBITDA increase
  • Updated variable cost structure and increased prices resulting in an expected $3M gross margin increase in 2023
