ROLE OVERVIEW
- The Procurement VP position is a strategic role to enable the company’s further growth, scale, and procurement sophistication
- With solid and continuous accelerated growth, organically and through acquisitions, the company’s history, increased scale, and complexity has required new talent, leadership, vision and strategy in the procurement function
- For the right candidate, this role affords an opportunity to define the role of procurement within the organization from supporting very important new product development projects, ensuring daily execution and transactions to have what is needed when needed keeping a high service level for our customers, to improving profit margins through sound strategic sourcing approaches and key initiatives to achieve lower total cost of ownership
