- Performed an in-depth IT assessment and full control objectives for information and related technologies (COBIT) maturity review to pinpoint the business-critical needs
- Provided detailed cost analysis of technology spend for all contracts, resources, and software
- Provided a prioritized roadmap to achieve business critical synergies over a 12-month period and a forecast of prioritized efforts beyond based on EBITDA improvement potential
- Created a 26-week playbook and a heat map of critical areas of focus based on a COBIT framework for the new CIO to use
