Beckway Welcomes Raul Martinez

We’re excited to announce that Raul Martinez has joined our team as a Director. Raul specializes in service delivery and has spent 15 years building and maintaining technology support centers. Previously, Raul served as the Director of Helpdesk and Client Services at the University of North Texas where he was responsible for all technology support services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, KPIs, and asset management.
