Beckway Dallas All-Hands Offsite 2023

Beckway team members gathered last week in Dallas, Texas for our fourteenth bi-annual all-hands!

The theme of this offsite was “Investing In You,” in correlation to the theme of our 2023 regional offsite meetings, “Investing In Your Community.” We encourage our team to develop their professional skillset and explore learning opportunities outside of their comfort zone and existing skillset.

Attendees heard business updates from leadership, industry trends from a guest speaker, participated in activity-based breakout sessions, and had some much-anticipated in-person networking time.
