2024 Regional Offsite Kick-Off

We’ve officially kicked off another fantastic year of regional offsites, and our first stop was in the vibrant city of Phoenix, Arizona! 🏜️

Our local team members came together for a day filled with camaraderie, starting with some friendly competition at Top Golf, followed by insightful learning sessions.

This year, our focus is on honing effective storytelling and presentation skills, essential elements for success in today’s dynamic business landscape. Attendees are also delving deeper into understanding our team’s individual management by strengths (MBS) through engaging workshops led by their peers.
