Tod Brooks

Tod Brooks is a Managing Director at Beckway. He brings with him over 20 years management consulting experience in Private Equity, government sector, family owned, and publicly traded companies. He partners arm-to-arm with all levels of management teams to identify and address their core business needs. His technical and strategic expertise in implementing culture change initiatives and management operating systems drives EBITDA growth, standard work and operational excellence in all types of industries and functions.

Prior to joining Beckway, Tod was a Chief of Operations for DeWolff, Boberg & Associates where he was involved in over 65 business analysis and 35 improvement engagements.

Tod earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Toledo, and a Master of Business Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
