Organizational Development Leader
Stephanie is the Organizational Development Leader at Beckway where she is focused on shaping the strategy for learning and development within the firm and with our clients. With over 10 years of consulting and organizational development experience, Stephanie’s strengths are in supporting organizational change through coaching, communication, and development programs. Her passion is to create engaging learning experiences by leveraging learning in the flow of work concepts and experiential learning models.
Prior to joining Beckway, Stephanie served at other consulting firms including The Studer Group, Huron Consulting, and KPMG. Most recently, at KPMG, she was a Human Capital Consultant with a focus on learning and development strategy and systems training for her clients. Over her career, Stephanie has consulted hundreds of leaders on how to design and implement best in class learning programs while also focusing on things like employee experience, organizational culture, and employee retention strategies.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of West Florida in Pensacola.
