Roger Yan

Roger is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of global experience in transformation and value creation serving private equity firms and their portfolios, Fortune 500 companies, and privately held businesses. Roger brings track record of success in leading end-to-end value chain transformation programs in supply chain, operations and revenue growth within buy-out, carve-out and M&A environments, across multiple industries, including manufacturing, consumer and retail, medical device, and industrials.

Previously, Roger has worked for a U.S. based private equity firm in multiple transformation officer/operating partner roles to drive changes in its global portfolios’ Asia operations. He has served in multiple interim executives roles, both in the U.S. and in Asia, including COO, country general manager, functional heads of operations, supply chain and sales. He was also EVP Value Creation for a PE-backed education company in China.

Roger earned his Bachelor’s in International Economics from University of International Business and Economics (China) and MBA from Southern Methodist University.
