Marcus Heidler

Marcus is a Partner at Beckway. He has 15+ years of experience as an operator and advisor to large, middle market and lower middle market Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. Marcus has worked across a variety of transactions including buy-side advisory, operations due diligence, M&A integration, sell-side due diligence and carve-outs. He has experience leading strategy and transformation projects in Industrial, business and tech enabled services, MRO, distribution and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Beckway, Marcus was a Partner in PwC’s value creation practice and is an experienced investor and entrepreneur. He has also spent time working at PE advisory firms such as, F.T.I. Consulting, Hitachi and KPMG.

Marcus earned his MBA and bachelor’s from Pennsylvania State University.
