Lisa Custer

Lisa is a Senior Director at Beckway, who specializes in Lean/Six Sigma. She has over 25 years of global experience across multiple industries including semiconductor, food and beverage, financial services, and consumer products. Lisa brings a hands-on approach to help clients achieve and maintain transformational performance.

Prior to joining Beckway, Lisa was a Principal strategy consultant for Accenture responsible for implementing operational transformation in manufacturing organizations. As an independent contractor, she led several organizational assessments in operations, quality and innovation.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Engineering and PhD in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. She is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified and a Certified Instructor of Total Productive Maintenance.
