Brad McFadden

Brad McFadden is a Senior Director at Beckway. Brad has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations leadership with a broad set of supply chain processes including IBP / S&OP, purchasing, warehousing, logistics at Ford, Koch Industries, Hitachi, Ball, Viega. He has led impactful transformation initiatives, optimized operational efficiency to enhance EBITDA in various industries with very high volume to custom multi-million capital equipment builds.  He is highly a data driven and analytical.

Brad completed an MBA & MS in Mechanical Engineering with Process Development / Supply Chain emphasis at BYU as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines and several certifications such as Project Management (PMP), Supply Management (CPSM) Production & Inventory (CPIM). His MSc in Mechanical Engineering included black belt six sigma, SPC, ToC, JIT / lean training.
