Prior to joining Beckway, Josh held the position of Director within a prominent supply chain consulting firm, where he built supply chain strategies tailored to a diverse array of clients, ranging from small enterprises to Fortune 500 corporations. His experience extends to roles as a Data Scientist in the financial industry, Director of Global Logistics at American Outdoor Brands (NASDAQ: AOBC), and Manager of Continuous Improvement for Global Distribution and Logistics at Vista Outdoor (NYSE: VSTO), collaborating with renowned brands such as Smith & Wesson, Riddell Football, CamelBak, and Bell Bicycle Helmets, among many others.

Josh’s academic credentials include both a bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. from Eastern Illinois University, complemented by a second master’s degree in Data Analytics.
