Katie D’Ancona

Katie D’Ancona is a Senior Associate on the Talent Finders team.

Prior to joining Beckway, Katie served as a Senior Associate at Cornerstone Search Group, where she specialized in talent acquisition and executive search, building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients alike. Prior to that, she served in consulting and clinical leadership roles as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, leveraging her expertise in human behavior to enhance team dynamics and organizational effectiveness.

Katie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis.
