L&D at Beckway
Learning and development (L&D) programs not only benefit employees across all generations and backgrounds, but they also help organizations achieve their goals and retain talent. In fact, according to a LinkedIn study, 94% of employees surveyed said they would stay at a company longer if they invested in L&D.
Beckway’s People and Growth team recently stood-up a L&D program to provide our employees with the opportunity to continuously develop new skills. Some of the exciting new initiatives include LinkedIn Learning trainings and holding conversation-based breakout sessions at our offsites that promote personal and professional development.
