Exit Process Assistance

Beckway can support and facilitate the exit process. Our efforts typically focus on three segments:

– Project based engagements. This includes defining opportunities for prospective buyers, or laying out a blueprint to help ease buyer concerns regarding operational risks.

– Directly supporting exit activities through FP&A resources. Our resources can model and pull data, allowing the portfolio company’s finance team to stay focused on the business.

– Interim roles (i.e., CFO, COO). We address executive gaps prior to a sale on either a full-time or fractional basis.
