Raul Martinez


Raul is a Director at Beckway. Raul specializes in service delivery and has spent 15 years building and maintaining technology support centers. Raul brings rich hands-on industry experience from management consulting, cyber security, insurance and higher education.

Previously, Raul served as the Director of Helpdesk and Client Services at the University of North Texas where he was responsible for all technology support services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, KPIs, and asset management. Prior roles include Director of Global Service Desk at AIG, Sr. IT Manager at Trend Micro, and Helpdesk Manager at Bain and Company.

Raul holds a Support Center Team Lead certification from HDI.
